Shipping Policy

1. General Shipping Information

At Pawing Claw, we strive to deliver your orders in a timely and efficient manner. Our shipping policy outlines the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping practices.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India. Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

3. Processing Time

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 2 PM IST will be processed the next business day.

4. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: ₹50 flat rate per order. Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days.
  • Free Shipping: Orders above ₹500 are eligible for free standard shipping. Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days.
  • Express Shipping: ₹100 flat rate per order. Estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

5. Shipment Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Pawing Claw is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

7. Damages

Pawing Claw is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

  • Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

8. Missing or Lost Packages

If you suspect your package is lost or missing, please contact us at pawingclaw@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will assist you in locating your package with the shipping carrier.
