Returns

You may return products purchased from Pawing Claw within 3 working days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Condition: The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Non-returnable Items: Certain items such as perishable goods, custom products, and hygiene-related products may not be eligible for return.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at pawingclaw@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Return Authorization: You will receive instructions and a Return Authorization Number from us.
  3. Return Shipping: Pack the product securely and send it to the address provided by our support team. Please bear the shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refunds

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will inspect it and process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3 working days of receipt of the returned item.

  • Partial Refunds: If only part of your order is returned, we will issue a partial refund based on the value of the returned items.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we have made an error or the product is defective.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.
