Refund Policy

At Pawingclaw, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to ensure that every product reaches you in perfect condition. However, if you receive a product that is damaged or the seal is broken, please follow the policy outlined below for refunds.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refund Eligibility

  • The product must be damaged or the seal must be broken upon delivery.

  • An unboxing video is mandatory as proof. The video must clearly show the package being opened and the issue with the product.

How to Request a Refund or Exchange


If the product is damaged or the seal is broken, please follow the steps below:

  1. Record a clear unboxing video showing the issue with the product (damage or broken seal).

  2. Email the video along with your order details to: pawingclaw@gmail.com

  3. Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will be required to send the product to our official address (details will be shared via email).

  4. After we receive and inspect the returned item,

  5. Your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Important Notes

  • No refund will be processed without an unboxing video.

  • Replacement option is not available at this time.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
